Arnold Shevin is a shareholder on the Transaction Team of Berger Singerman a Florida based law firm. Prior to joining Berger Singerman, Mr. Shevin was the Senior Partner in charge of both the Healthcare and Real Estate practice groups of the Miami office of a major national law firm, and the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for a national commercial real estate development company. In the latter capacity he established the in-house legal department for the company, overseeing the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and sale of projects valued at approximately $500 million in over 15 states
